Technical Construction Documentation
A building site changes every week. I photograph it at regular intervals, from start to finish, and leave the contractor a dated record of what the walls will later hide.
Construction firms and general contractors, site supervisors, developers selling off-plan.
A dated record of progress, the services before the walls close, an archive for progress reports, site inspections and disputes, and marketing content.
Usually one visit a month, for the whole duration of the works: six months for a small building, two years for infrastructure.

Questions
How do you price a project?
Every quote is tailored: it depends on how long the works last, how often I visit, and where. It is not a fixed package: we decide the frequency together.
Do the works have to stop during a visit?
No: I come on site with PPE and work without stopping the crews.
Do you also film the site by drone?
ENAC A1/A3 certificate, flying professionally since 2017. In built-up areas and on sites I fly with the permits each case needs, after checking airspace, permits and the safety of people around.
Keep a record of every stage of the build.
